When posting to the communications comm, keep in mind that you must post the name of the character being messaged or addressed in the subject line.
These communications are meant to occur on the character's own communications network, such as their cell phone service, email, letters, etc. This is not the same as the public network that the Bureau can access.

- The deed is for the property at the same address listed on the back of the business card Mr. Martin gave him when they had their first memory event. This deed is for the Bureau’s building.
- The deed is made out to the “Manhattan Engineer’s District” and is signed by a “Leslie R. Groves”.
- The date listed on the deed is “1942”.

Unlike the portals that materialized earlier this year, despite all our efforts, we have found no way to counteract the anomalies you experience, such as your additional memories.
Because of this, the Different and their welfare are the responsibility of the Bureau.
