[ On the morning of October 10th, the following is left slipped under Martin Whitly's door:

A large manila envelope, containing a photocopy of an 8.5 in. x 11 in. Deed of Trust. The photograph is of good quality. Martin will be able tell the deed is old. But in legible handwriting a few things stand out:

• The deed is for the property at the same address listed on the back of the business card Mr. Martin gave him when they had their first memory event. This deed is for the Bureau’s building.
  
  
• The deed is made out to the “Manhattan Engineer’s District” and is signed by a “Leslie R. Groves”.
  
  
• The date listed on the deed is “1942”.

[Martin finds the parcel as he comes home, and is pleased that it is waiting for him. Given the lack of addressing, he knows what it is, and has been expecting it. He gives it a once-over, and it tracks with what Anakin and the others told him at the mixer.
