If not for do not disturb I'd have been awake.

I'm bothered more by memories I don't have than ones I do, almost.
Seeing Qui-Gon cut in half and killing an alien is almost offset by what a cute kid you were.

Yes. Qui-Gon is the hippie who introduced us. He was my teacher. He was killed and then I killed the person who killed him.

I'm not opposed to talking about it, especially not with you. It would probably even help.

I just don't know how. It's... really hard to process, because it's both my memory and so alien to everything I am and know and even this world. The guy I killed for killing Qui-Gon was red and black with horns.

Just that it's some kind of PTSD treatment.

I mean, yes. But it’s a treatment for PTSD cuz of what PTSD does to you memory. EMDR is a memory processing therapy. To jump to the relent part, by making you Brian multitask, it processes memories better.

So all of that to say, want to talk about it next time we’re ice skating?

It's not any more uncomfortable than other talk therapies.

That is a terrible endorsement.

Lots of people hate talk therapy because it makes them uncomfortable. This isn't worse than normal therapy.
