A good many of the memories I have received focus heavily on meditation and on controlling negative emotions. The memories are fantastical in many ways and I'm missing some mystical, magical powers but the techniques are sound.

I wasn't going to suggest public, but didn't want you uncomfortable if you preferred neutral territory. I'd have just suggested the skating rink or something.
